BLUEBERRY BIRCHER ( breakfast diet )

Serves 1 Ready in 2 mins, plus ‘marinating’
25g Birchermuesli
½tsp cinnamon
15ml unsweetened apple juice
10-12 blueberries

Method

1.Mix the Birchermuesli and cinnamon
together in a bowl. Pour over 75mlwater
and the unsweetened apple juice. Stir well
and leave in the fridge overnight.
2. Stirwell before eating and serve with
10-12 blueberries.
